RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
Any product can be exchanged or returned depending on concern.

Returns:
We have a 7-day return policy on all products from the date of delivery.
If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, we will reship it to you at an additional charge of ₹200.
Exchange:
An exchange will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect/missing items
- Product defective on arrival
- Parcel damaged during transit
In the case of an incorrect/missing or defective order or damage during transit, we require customers to provide a complete uncut unboxing video from opening the package to the end, ensuring all labels are visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and helps us assess the issue accurately.
To initiate a replacement, please email us at support@trejolie.co with your concern and attach the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.
Once we receive your concern and unboxing video, we will review it. Based on our assessment, we will determine the appropriate action to be taken.
Baddie reserves the right to refuse any replacement request that does not meet our requirements.
